OUR R&I TEAM
Behind every Little Étoile product is Max Biocare’s dedicated Research & Innovation team. Based in Melbourne, Australia, we work from purpose-built laboratories in Port Melbourne, supported by two dedicated Research Parks in Victoria that serve as living reservoirs for local research and innovation.
With decades of cross-category expertise in women’s and children’s health, nutrition, and skincare, our team also brings specialised experience in early development research – giving us a deeper understanding of the unique needs of mothers, babies, and young children. This insight allows us to create safe, effective, and science-backed solutions that support families through every stage of life.

Created through a complete product life cycle from start to finish, our R&I team leads every step – from researching and developing concepts, to formulating with carefully curated ingredients, to overseeing production with strict quality controls, supported by targeted testing for safety and effectiveness.
